No; Microsoft Training Vouchers can only be accepted for Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) courses - the trainings provided by Aivea are custom developed and do not follow standard MOC, thus, we cannot accept vouchers for any of our SharePoint training courses. Do you offer Microsoft Certification(s) with your Training?No; Microsoft Certifications are only available through authorized Microsoft testing centers. Aivea Corporation is not an authorized testing center, thus, we cannot issue Microsoft certifications.
What are the course hours? All courses run from 8:30am – 4:30pm PST for all deliveries in Portland, OR and for those courses being hosted online via Aivea Live Learning. For courses outside of Portland, OR please contact us for course run times.
Where are the public courses held? All public classroom deliveries are hosted from the Aivea Corprate Office located at 14631 SW Millkan Way Beaverton, OR 97006. For courses outside of Portland, OR please contact us for training location information.
What do I need if I am attending a course online? There are just a few basic things you will need to benefit from Aivea’s Live Learning tool. This includes: a sound-enabled computer, VOIP headset or telephone to dial into the WebEx session (this allows you to communicate with the instructor and the live classroom), and a reliable internet connection. A hard copy of the training manual will be shipped to you. It is recommended that you have (2) monitors set-up for online training deliveries. This will allow you to display the classroom presentation via WebEx on one screen and perform the labs that correspond with the lecture on the other.
Where are the hotel accommodations booked that are included with the registration for public classroom deliveries? Hotel Accommodations in Portland, OR are booked at the Phoenix Inn and Suites located at 15402 Northwest Cornell Road Beaverton, OR 97006. The hotel does provide a shuttle service from the hotel to the training location (Aivea Corporate Office) each day. You will need to let the hotel know if you will be taking the shuttle to the training each day upon check-in.

If I want to attend in the classroom and do not require the hotel accommodations that are included is there a difference in the price? Yes, there is a price difference if you do not require the hotel accommodations.
